These terms govern your use of the Sheet2Calendar add-on for Google Sheets™ ("Sheet2Calendar", "the add-on"). By installing or using the add-on you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the add-on.

The service

Sheet2Calendar creates and updates Google Calendar™ events from the rows of a spreadsheet. It is currently offered free of charge. Features may be added, changed or removed, and paid plans may be introduced in the future; you will not be charged without your explicit agreement.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of your spreadsheet and for the events the add-on creates from it.
• When a row contains guest emails, Google Calendar sends invitations to those addresses. You are responsible for having the right to contact them, and for not using the add-on to send spam or unsolicited invitations.
• You must use the add-on in compliance with applicable law and with Google's terms for Google Workspace, Google Sheets and Google Calendar, including their usage quotas.

Your data

Your data remains yours and stays within your Google account. See the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The add-on is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Review the events it creates, especially before relying on them for important dates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, missed appointments, or events created, modified or sent in error, arising from the use of or inability to use the add-on.

Termination

You can stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the add-on at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the add-on after a change means you accept the updated terms.
